Videlity's client was already known for their customer service. But to continuously improve, they needed to increase their sales force's productivity. They took the challenge as an opportunity. Now their purchasing process for external goods is automated and integrated seamlessly with in-house ordering. The streamlined system improved visibility by electronically exchanging orders, confirmations delivery notes and invoices. The biggest savings of all is felt when problems arise. Out of stock or delayed deliveries are identified immediately with an automatic email sent directly to the sales representative. All of this translates into a significant productivity improvement – gains of 15%. The extra productivity reflects directly on the bottom line with a 40% expected increase in profit.
