Videlity Portal Connection 

Your Videlity Connected Partners access the individual Web Portal that your system administrator has set up for them. It takes only about 15 minutes per partner setup using Videlity Set-up Wizard. Using the Web Portal, your Connected Partner can monitor events and generate orders, confirmations and other related documents. They confirm orders by simply clicking OK. When using the Videlity Portal Connection, the Connected Partner will need to re-enter these orders, confirmations and related documents into their own ERP system. They also get automatic e-mail notifications in case of delays and deviations, and can enter the Web Portal to take corrective action. 

Videlity Remote Agent 
The Videlity Remote Agent is downloaded from the internet, just as easily as installing a windows printer driver. With the Remote Agent, your Connected Partner can generate orders directly from his own ERP system simply by “printing” them. No re-entry is necessary. The Connected Partner can still follow all events via the Web Portal. They receive automatic e-mail notifications in case of delays and deviations, and can enter the Web Portal to take corrective action.

Videlity Integrated Connection 

With the Videlity Exchange Server it takes a maximum of 3 to 4 days to integrate electronic collaboration completely, enabling both parties to run all transactions directly in their respective ERP systems. The Connected Partner can still follow all events via the Web Portal. They receive automatic e-mail notifications in case of delays and deviations, and can enter the Web Portal to take corrective action.

Videlity’s Document Exchange Center makes the electronic exchange of documents between different systems and partners as easy as using a Window’s printer. Using the Videlity Remote Agent to create files and move them from one system to another, everyone is able to communicate even if they cannot generate the required electronic documents from their own business systems.
